New This Semester! UMASS Dartmouth will have a presence on the Fall River Campus in the evening! Matthew Cziska, the Enrollment Specialist for the Online and Continuing Education Department at UMASS Dartmouth will be visiting Bristol Community College on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 3:30 pm to 7 pm. Located in the C Building Lobby (Siegal Health Technologies Building), Matthew will provide information on UMD's Academic Programs, Student Resources, Technical Resources, Transfer Credits, Scholarships and Financial Aid. Students do not need an appointment. Please stop by and speak with Matthew if you are interested in attending UMD! Other Dates UMD will be on campus in the evening: November 15 and December 13.

Transfer Walk-In Taunton Center (12/12/2018)

Students can walk-in to speak with a counselor from Bristol's Transfer Service Office. They will be available to answer questions and offer advice to help students make the transition to a four-year college. No appointment necessary.

Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School On-site Admission (12/12/2018)

BCC Admissions counselors will meet with high school seniors on an individual basis. Students will complete the admissions application and get admitted to their program choice on the spot. Admissions counselors will provide additional information regarding placement testing, financial aid, and transfer opportunities. Open to Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School seniors only. Please contact the high school’s Guidance Office for participation and additional details.

Room: G-218

Students accepted to degree or certificate programs are required to take placements tests in order to ensure appropriate placement in classes. Allow 2 hours for completion of all four sections (English, Reading, Arithmetic and Algebra). If you are transferring in credits from another college, you should not schedule an appointment until you have received official notification from the Office of Admissions with your transfer evaluation. You may be exempt from testing.

Fall River Career Center Visit (12/12/2018)

A BCC Admissions representative will meet with career center clients to provide information regarding BCC’s programs and services as well as facilitate the admissions process. Students may be referred to the Admissions Counselor responsible for coordinating college enrollment with dislocated worker benefits (i.e. Section 30, Federal Trade programs, etc.) For information regarding benefit program eligibility or to schedule an appointment with a BCC Admissions Counselor, please contact the Fall River Career Center.
