Are you a BCC student who wants to access a CORI form for a placement in a Fall River School? Select the link below to download the form and submit it prior to performing the service. (Other schools departments require you to get a CORI form from the school at which you desire to perform service.)

Are you a BCC student who has completed more than 10 hours of unpaid community service during a specific semester and wants to access an Individual Community Service Record to document it?

Select the link below to access this record, then submit it before the end of classes for the Fall Semester, and by April 15th for the Spring Semester in order to be invited to the Civic Engagement Breakfast.

Are you a BCC student who wants to lead peers on a community service project and needs to access a Pre-Community Service Leader Contract to inform the Director of the Civic Engagement Program about it? Select the link below and submit the completed contract prior to recruiting peers to serve on the project.

Are you a BCC student who has already successfully led a minimum of 5 peers on a community service project and needs to access a Community Service Leader Record to document it? Select the link below to download the record form to your computer and submit it prior to the end of classes for the Fall semester and by April 15th for the Spring Semester to be invited to the Civic Engagement Breakfast and to be recognized a Community Service Leader at the BCC Commencement.

Are you a BCC student who is interested in meeting the requirements for the Global Leadership Certificate? Select the link for the Global Leadership Certificate Application Worksheet to guide you. Once you complete the requirements, apply for the Global Leadership Certificate on your Intent to Graduate Form from the Registrar’s Office.
