Tutoring

Tutoring is available to students who are enrolled in the Fall River Adult Basic Education Program and would like additional help in any of their subject areas. Our tutors are trained volunteers who meet with a student for one-on-one instruction or group instruction. Tutoring is usually weekly for 1 to 2 hours; most people meet here at Bristol Community College.

A person can apply for a tutor by telling their instructor, counselor, or Nancy Morris, the volunteer coordinator.  The student will then be interviewed by Nancy and placed with a suitable tutor.
