Registration Information

How do I know if a class is cancelled?
A course will be cancelled if there is insufficient enrollment. Decisions on cancelled courses are generally made one week prior to the scheduled start of the course. If your course is cancelled, you will be notified by phone or mail and given the option of choosing another course or receiving a full refund for the course. It is, therefore, very important to make sure the college has your most recent phone number(s) and address.

What is the Refund Policy?
To be eligible for a refund, a student must complete an official withdrawal form available in the Enrollment Center (G110A). All students must follow the withdrawal refund procedure, including those on third party payment plans. Lack of attendance has no bearing on refunds. Students who do not officially withdraw from a course will be responsible for payment in full. Refunds take from four to six weeks to be processed and are mailed directly to the student.

What age is accepted for Senior Citizens?
60 years of age and older may attend BCC on a space available basis. You must show picture identification for verification purposes. Senior Citizens waive full tuition and fees for day school. Evening school waives tuition only, and the student is responsible for the payment of fees. Waivers cannot be accepted for CBI classes (evening). Click here for the Waiver Form.
