*NOTICE: The Fall River bookstore has moved and is now located in C Building. * For a book advance you will need to have the following with you at your Bristol Bookstore: -Your Campus Card -Your current class schedule Book advances give students the opportunity to use some of their financial aid funds in advance of the first disbursement to purchase books at Bristol's Bookstore. To be eligible for a book advance, you will need to have a complete financial aid file and an authorized award package, and have a pending credit balance on your bill. A book advance is not a grant and is not in addition to your financial aid award package.

All students enrolled in a degree or certificate program are required to take college placement tests in order to ensure appropriate placement in classes. The results of the assessment, in conjunction with academic background information, are used by college academic advisors to assist you with course selection. Testing at Bristol is free and students are allowed one re-test. Students can expect to finish the exam in 1.5 to 2 hours. If you are transferring in credits from another college, you should not schedule an appointment until you have received official notification from the Office of Admissions with your transfer evaluation. You may be exempt from testing.

Taunton - Taunton Center (Galleria Mall)

Bristol Community College cut the ribbon to open its brand new, state-of-the-art facility at the Silver City Galleria Mall on Friday, June 3, 2016. The Taunton Center features new computer labs, bio and chemistry labs, online media center, and full-service casino under Catch Institute’s Casino Management program. Students can earn 100% of their credits towards Criminal Justice, General Studies, Human Services, Liberal Arts, and Law Enforcement majors at the Taunton campus. Students can also earn credits towards many other degree and certificate programs at BCC, such as Engineering, Business, Communication, and more. Through academic support services, advising, financial aid, admissions, and enrollment services, you are never alone at BCC Taunton!

New Bedford Campus - Purchase Street

Bristol Community College will host a series of On-the-Spot Admissions and Financial Aid Workshops beginning Tuesday, June 25, 2019, to assist new or returning students to complete the admissions and financial aid process for the upcoming fall semester. At an On-the-Spot event students can meet with the college’s admissions and financial aid representatives to complete everything to be ready for fall classes. The fall 2019 semester begins Tuesday, September 3! To complete the admissions application, students should bring their official high school/state-approved high school equivalency transcripts. To complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for the fall 2019 semester, students should bring their 2017 tax documents. On-the-Spot workshops will take place at Bristol locations, in Attleboro, Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton. On-the-Spot workshops are FREE and all are invited!
