These amazing works of art showcase the latest styles, techniques and designs of custom-made cakes. Distinguished cake decorators, bakery owners, and culinary instructors from the New England region will judge the creations.

Which cakes will have the winning combination of style, technique, skill, and design this year? The day is full of engaging demonstrations, displays, artisans, vendors and more! Admission to the show is free. Parking is free.

Learn tips and techniques for assembling and decorating a three-tiered wedding cake. As well as ways to make cake deliveries less stressful.

4 to 5:30 p.m. | How to Photograph Your Cakes Like A Pro
Looking to improve your cake photography skills? This hands-on seminar will provide both intellectual and technical knowledge for achieving a professional level of photography.  Topics discussed include camera and lens settings, lighting, food styling skills, and photo composition. Participants will be given the opportunity to practice photographing cakes. Make sure to bring a digital camera or a cell phone for taking pictures.
