SEMINAR
How to Photograph Your Cakes Like A Pro

KIDS/TEEN CLASSES (age 8 to 14)

Glitz and Glamour Cupcakes

10 to 11 a.m.
Learn various frosting and decorating techniques to create beautiful, sparkly cupcakes. All supplies included.  Participants will take home several edible masterpieces. If you have food allergies, please notify us when registering for class.

Dessert Pizza

Noon to 1 p.m.
If you love pizza then you’ll definitely want to try making dessert pizzas.  We will make two different pizzas. A fruit topped pizza and a candy and nut pizza.  Each participant will take home their creations to share with family and friends.  All supplies included.  If you have food allergies, please notify us when registering for class.

ADULT SUGAR ART & CAKE DECORATING CLASSES

Gumpaste Flowers: Tulip Trio

9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Learn how to make life-like realistic tulips in this fun, educational class. We will create and color a tulip BUD, DOUBLE tulip, and PARROT tulip. Participants are asked to bring:  apron, grooved rolling board (if you have one), small rolling surface, small rolling pin, dust mask if desired, a covered box measuring at least 6” tall x 10” wide x 10” long (to transport your tulips home safely).

DIY Pastry Inspired Bath & Body Products

Pampering yourself doesn't have to mean splurging on expensive products laced with chemicals.  Learn how to make all-natural bath & body products inspired by pastries. All supplies included.

Realistic Stones

Use simple coloring and finishing techniques to make realistic brooch and free-formed stones from sugarpaste. All supplies included. Participants may want to bring an apron and a disposable dust mask if desired.

Cake Doodling

Doodling on paper is a fun pastime, but doodling on cakes is an easy and creative way to add flair to any occasion cake. Learn different doodling techniques, from basic food grade writing pens to the amazing fluid writer pens, to create a customized doodle cake. All supplies are included. Participants may want to bring an apron. Participants will take home a 6” decorated fondant covered styrofoam cake dummy.
