BCC Women's Center
The mission of the Bristol Community College’s Women’s Center is to serve as a place that facilitates a network of support and resources for women on campus, as well as to initiate and maintain links to the community. Our workshops, lectures, and seminars are aimed at improving self-esteem, developing leadership skills, promoting diversity, and raising awareness about gender issues.
While a virtual space at the present time, the Women’s Center exists to offer students:
- A welcoming, inclusive, safe space
- A judgment-free zone, open to all
- A place to relax and feel at home
- A place that offers support, understanding, guidance, information, education and open discussion.
The Center is committed to the progress of all students regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, or religion.
