The ITS Help Desk provides user support for students and assistance for most computer and technical equipment on campus. It also provides support for public computer labs.
Should your technical issue be more complex, they can put you in contact with the proper department to have your issue resolved.
The help desk is located in the Community Computing Center, K130.
The Help Desk is available during all open hours on the Fall River campus for telephone-based assistance for most technical issues involving campus equipment and software.
