You and your family are invited to join us for a day full of fun activities, free food, plus all the information you need to know to get ready for your first day!  

This is your chance to learn about programs, services and opportunities available to you as a Bristol student. So stop by, get informed, and meet your classmates.

1 p.m. | Welcome from President Douglas (H-Building Theatre) 
Enjoy a welcome from Bristol Community College President, Dr. Laura Douglas 

1:10 p.m. Orientation Refresh 
Meet our Director, Student & Family Engagement, Emma Montague, and her colleagues in Student Services & Enrollment Management and learn everything you need to succeed in your first semester. 

1:20 p.m. | Community Connections
David Ledoux, our Artistic Director and Associate Professor of Theatre, will guide you through an interactive ‘get to know your community’ program. 

1:40 p.m. | Choose Your Journey 

Option 1: Campus Tours 
Join our Admissions Team to see all that our beautiful Fall River Campus has to offer. 

Option 2: Walk with Alumni
Our alumni population is growing each year; take a leisurely stroll around the pond to hear their stories in an immersive story-telling experience. 

Option 3: Get Organized 
Now’s the time to get organized before classes begin; pick up your Bristol Card and learn all about student discounts, meet an academic advisor to check your academic schedule, and visit our bookstore to get your Bristol gear! 

3 p.m. Faculty Showcase (J-Building Lobby) 
Whether you have declared a major or not, the faculty would love to highlight their departments and answer any questions you and your families may have. Meet your faculty, learn about classes, or browse options for your future here at Bristol. 

4 to 6 p.m. Resource Fair (G-Building)
Come and meet your Bristol Cheerleaders – the Student Services and Enrollment Management Staff, our student leaders, and many more folks who will be with you every step of the way. Learn about joining clubs and organizations to make the most of your college experience. Enjoy a summer BBQ and music from the BooCity band. 

6 p.m. Movie Night with Alumni (H-Building Theatre)
Join our Bristol Community College Alumni Association for a movie night. All Bristol Alumni are also welcome to join so make sure you ask them about their Bristol experience.
