Students registering for face-to-face and/or hybrid courses for Wintersession or Spring semester will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination prior to registration.

If you wish to come to campus for services beginning January 2022, you will need to show proof of COVID-19 Vaccination.

Adolescents age 12 to 15: Massachusetts residents between the ages of 12 and 15 will be able to get Pfizer vaccine beginning Thursday, May 13. There are guidelines including providing a written consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Appointments can be booked or attend walk in locations.

Why should I upload my vaccination record? If you are a close contact and the college has confirmed you are vaccinated you will not need to quarantine or stay home. 

You must include an attachment(s) as well as additional contact information. Only upload once you have either received your second dose or the Johnson & Johnson one dose.
