Grady Dining Room Series


During the spring semester, the Culinary Arts program opens the Grady Dining Room, located on the lower level of G-building, to the college's faculty and staff to enjoy a lunch menu featuring international cuisines. Our Sophomore class is in the kitchen cooking and our Freshmen class will be serving in the dining room. It's a great opportunity to join us and support our students as they develop skills in the a la carte setting.

We are pleased to offer the following Grady Dining Series schedule for Spring 2020:

Reservations


Reservations are accepted from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

We accept reservations for two weeks at a time and you may make them by email or calling Chef Esteban Martinez at 774.357.2833. If you email, please put “GRADY RESERVATION” in the subject line.

 

Take-Out Orders


The menu is also available for take out. To place a take-out order, please submit the take-out order form and email it to Chef Martinez. Take-out orders must be called in by the day before (Wednesday) with a pick-up time.
