Step 1: Talk to your instructor:
Contact your instructor first to discuss your concern. Propose solutions and work together to find a resolution that is satisfactory to you both.
Resolved? No further action needed.
Unresolved? Continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Complete a Bristol Student Complaint Form
If you are not able to find a satisfactory resolution with your instructor, complete this form:

If you don’t feel your issue was adequately resolved through the complaint process, proceed to Bristol’s Student Grievance Procedure.
