Registrar & Records Office
Mission: The mission of the Registrar’s Office is to support all students and employees of Bristol Community College through leadership in the areas of strategic planning, project management, policy development and implementation. The Registrar’s Office supports student success from first contact to graduation through:
- Adhering to the professional standards and guidelines of Bristol Community College and both the state and federal Department of Higher Education
- College-wide collaboration in the development and implementation of policy
- Maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and security of ALL student records; and
- Upholding high ethical and moral standards

Add/Drop
Please click on the appropriate semester below to review the add/drop schedule.
*Please note: If you register for a class after the financial aid freeze date, that enrollment will not be included in your financial aid award for Pell grant and state aid purposes. This means that you may be responsible for paying those charges on your own. If you have questions or concerns, please contact financial aid: FinancialAid@BristolCC.edu or 774.357.2515.
Application to Graduate Form
If you are nearing program completion and have earned at least 48 credits for a degree, you should complete an Application to Graduate form in accessBCC. After a graduation audit, you will receive an official notification regarding completion of program or certificate requirements.
Class Schedule
After registering, you may view your course schedule and print copies through accessBCC. You will need to bring a copy of this schedule to the Bookstore in order to purchase textbooks.
Registration
You may register for courses every semester through accessBCC. This also includes add/drop, which allows you to make changes in your class schedule based on course availability.
Grades
Final grades and mid-term grades are made available to you via accessBCC. Please note: The College does not mail student grade reports.

Laura joined Bristol Community College's Registrar’s team in 2017. Prior to her work at Bristol, Laura served at ITT Technical Institute as a Registrar/Financial Aid Director and a consultant at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Laura has a background in Theatre Arts and earned her degree at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Laura is passionate about the arts, environment, and helping students achieve their dreams. She looks forward to meeting you on the Fall River campus.

Donna joined Bristol Community College in 1992, having held various grant-funded positions at the college. In 2001 she became the Director of Evening Administrative Services for the Division of Continuing Education, which led to Director of the Fall River Enrollment Center before moving into her current role as Interim Registrar. She also serves as a Designated School Official working with international students enrolled at Bristol Community College. Donna is a proud graduate of Bridgewater State University. Prior to joining Bristol, Donna was employed by the City of Taunton, Department of Human Services. Donna is committed to student success and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.

As a proud Bristol Community College Alumna, Sarah graduated with her bachelor’s degree from UMass Dartmouth and master’s degree from Eastern Nazarene College. Sarah currently works within the Registrar’s Office focusing on Enrollment Management technology. She serves as the functional lead for the college's Degree Auditing System (Degree Works) and Catalog Software (Clean Catalog).

Jenna joined the Registrar’s Office in 2012. She is a proud Bristol Community College graduate! Jenna’s primary responsibility in the Registrar’s office is processing student applications to graduate, degree conferrals, and commencement-related activities. She works closely with external agencies such as the National Student Clearinghouse to send enrollment data to ensure enrollment reporting compliance. Prior to joining the Registrar’s Office, Jenna worked in the Enrollment Center and was an integral part of the cross-training of staff in admissions, financial aid, registration, and student records. You can find Jenna at the Fall River Campus!

Dawn joined the Registrar’s Office in 2018. Prior to that, Dawn was a part-time clerk in the Enrollment Center at the Fall River Campus, cross trained in admissions, financial aid, registration, and student records, serving as the first point of contact for new and returning students. Dawn is a proud graduate of Bristol having earned two Associate Degrees in General Studies Health & Life Science, and Occupational Therapy Assistant, as well as Certificates in Thanatology and Gerontology. While enrolled as a student, Dawn served as a work-study in Student Engagement and the Registrar’s Office. Her roles and responsibilities include responding to telephone and email inquiries, creating CRN’s for grant-funded courses, processing requests to repeat a course, entering change-of-grade requests from faculty, processing change-of-program requests from students, and applying prior learning assessment transfer credits.

Chonly joined the Registrar’s Office as a work-study student in 2015 while pursuing her degree in Office Administration - Executive Administrative Assistant. Chonly quickly proved to be a valuable addition to the team and was hired as a part-time clerk where she remained until she earned her Associate Degree in 2018. Chonly proudly joined the department full-time in July 2020. Her responsibilities include management of the credit and non-credit course schedule, processing CRN’s for directed studies, and all prior learning assessment, and course overrides, to name a few. Chonly is a proud Bristol graduate and is happy and eager to help all students achieve their goals and looks forward to meeting you.
