Procurement Services is responsible for the procurement of all goods and services required by Bristol Community College and all its departments. Our objective is to ensure that all equipment, supplies, and services are purchased at the lowest possible cost without sacrificing quality of product or service.
It is our mission to:
- Acquire goods and services in a timely and economical basis;
- Assure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and College regulations during the procurement process;
- Provide assistance, consultation, and advice regarding all procurement needs of the College.
Purchasing Department’s Role
Our role is to assist the faculty and staff with questions regarding the procurement of goods, services and equipment; to initiate bid documents, contracts and to ensure that the College operates in accordance with state and federal regulations with all standard purchasing practices.
