Show Proof of Vaccination

Visiting any college location for more than 15 minutes?

You MUST show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have a valid COVID-19 accommodation.

Current student registered for in-person classes:

GO. Approved to be on campus.

Current online student:

STOP. Did you upload your Vax Card to the Bristol App?

• Download the Bristol Mobile App at the App Store or Google Play & upload your vax card.
• You will need to make an appointment for another day. www.BristolCC.edu/appointments  
• Virtual appointments are also available for all services. 

Current student already uploaded to the Bristol App: 

GO. Approved to be on campus.

Future students who do NOT have a Bristol account: 

STOP. 

• Do you have your vaccination card hard copy or digital with you?
  • Show the person you are meeting with.  
• Don’t have your card with you? You will need to make an appointment for another day.
  • Make an appointment by visiting www.BristolCC.edu/appointments
• Virtual appointments are also available for all services.

Guests: 

STOP. 

You must show proof of vaccination by showing your vaccination card.

• A hard copy of COVID-19 vaccination record card, digital image of your COVID-19 vaccination record card or COVID-19 SMART Health Card (Mass. Residents Only).
• Don’t have vax card with you? Please wait in your car or come back another day with your card.
