Data Requests

Bristol faculty and staff can request access to Bristol’s Data Informed Decision (DID) Portal that provides longitudinal data reports and related information to assist with major projects at the college. The Student Success and Achievement Dashboards provide dynamic visualizations regarding student enrollment, progress and completions, academic program review, academic initiatives, and institutional surveys. For data that are not available via the DID portal or the dashboards, faculty and staff can submit a request using the Data Request Form. Community members can submit a Public Records Request. Definitions

Bristol's Data Governance Team (DGT) supported the development of a Data Dictionary (dashboard) that serves as a collection of common terms, definitions, attributes, and data elements that are used at Bristol. The intention of the dictionary is to assist with data literacy and consistency across the institution. Inventories

Bristol uses Dynamic Forms to improve the efficiency of Bristol’s processes through electronic form routing and completion. To ensure the community can locate and access all college forms, a Dynamic Forms A-Z list is available in myBristol. Data Literacy Training Schedule

To support the development of data literacy across the college, Strategic Analytics holds training sessions throughout the year to provide a framework for data-driven decision-making at Bristol. After completing training, participants will learn about relevant data and analytics resources at Bristol and how to apply them to their work.
