Race and LGBTQ+ Rights-September 24 2020

On September 24, 2020, we held our 5th forum in our series, Race and LGBTQ+ Rights. This event's purpose was to discuss the intersectionality of Race within the LGBTQ+ community. We were excited to have 83 out of 113 registered students, faculty, staff, alumni, community, and national audience members in attendance. Special guest moderator, Chad Argotsinger, Chief of Staff at Bristol Community College, led a panel discussion highlighted by students and professionals who identify within the LGBTQ+ community. The panel provided great conversation that included personal stories, data, and reflection on their own intersection of race and identity.
