Request a Voucher for a Remote Accuplacer Test

To take the Accuplacer Placement Test online, you must first request a voucher code by completing the form below.  

This form below is NOT the exam or exam date. You are requesting an Accuplacer  test voucher code.

If it is determined you require Accuplacer, you will receive the code within one business day (excluding holidays and weekends). 

Once you receive the email and code from Accuplacer, you can take the exam at your convenience with Examity.  This email will come from ‘NoReply@accuplacer.info.’
